Introduction to the Product
These series products of nanotitanium
dioxide are independently developed by this company and devided into two crystal
forms of anatase and rutile with an appearance of white powder, relative density
of 3.83, purity of more than 99, average grain size of less than 100 mm, stable
chemical property, insolubility in water, organic acid and weak inorganic acid,
and solubility in sulfuric acid, alkali and hydrofluoric acid.
Characteristics of the Product
Being a nanopowder made of nano TiO2
mixed with some metal or metal oxide, Ti-01 may be used for producing
photocatalyst (anatase). Under the illumination of light of less than 400 nm,
the valence electrons of this powder are sent to the conduction band to put the
electron and cavity in action with O2 and H2O absorbed on their surface and
produce superoxide anion radicals. These radicals have the function of
decomposing hazardous gas and organic pollutants through photocatalysis and
antisepsis through photocatalysis, and can be widely used in air purification
and sewage treatment. Moreover, this product is characterized by low cost, good
stability, high photocatalytic activity and wide range of absorption of light
wave.
Ti-02 has good screening function against ultraviolet ray (rutile). By
compounding with nanozinc oxide, it can become an ultraviolet ray screening
agent. Under the joint action of ultraviolet ray and oxygen, it has strong
bactericidal power. It can be widely used in sunscreen cosmetics, functional
chemical fiber, high-grade plastics and other fields.
Ti-03 has the ability to totally resist the ultraviolet ray (rutile). Its grain
size is less than 80 nm and its specific surface area is more than 30 m2/g with
fine and smooth feeling and strong comfortable feeling, suitable for used as sun
screening agent in cosmetics. This product is of hydrophilic type (rutile).
Ti-04 is the same as 03, but of oleophilic type.
Ti-05 is a white powder mainly composed of nanotitanium dioxide and can be used
as whitener and moisture preservative of the cosmetics. Its grain size is less
than 100 nm and its specific surface area is more than 10 m2/g. The imported
hydrophilic factor material is used and the unique integrated film-coating
processing technology is adopted, so the cosmetics containing such product can
form a refreshed and air-permeable protecting layer on the skin surface. It can
strengthen the respirating process of the skin surface and facilitate the
effective permeation of other nutrients through the skin surface. It does not
contain any irritant and is suitable for all sorts of skin.
Ti-06 is a rutile nanotitanium dioxide. By adopting special surface treatment
technology, it can be used for modifying the property
of coating and plastics.
